Practicum methods statement was accomplished through; interviews, focused group discussions, listening and observation in order to get information on women participation in planing and decision making. the key informants such as the district health officer, judiciary and opinion leaders was sought using the mentioned methods.

Focused group discussion was used to get community opinion on women participation in planning and decision making. Youth, women, men and elders were grouped and discussions conducted by each group.

All in all, various methods such as; Interviews, focused group discussion, listening sessions, public forums and Direct observation and visual Media were used to gather data from the key informants and other respondents.
